I’ve been looking at the previous asks, and I can definitely say that it’s always bleach. I got like half of my hair dyed blonde a few months ago, and it’s about the same intensity as the Lynch’s, maybe even a little less. My aunt, a professional cosmetologist, did it, and she said it was mostly bleach in the dye.
