Does Stormie change the length on Rydel’s dress? It looks really short compared to yours

Nope. Rydel is a slight bit taller than me but but she’s also built differently than I am. She’s a little bigger in the chest and the thighs. We both wear a Small but it’s bigger on me than on her. So it tends to be a little longer on me as well. 

It looks a but shorter in this photo (and if I was wearing a jacket it would look even shorter) but it’s still a bit shorter on her than on me.
