I have SVT and a few allergies so I eat very healthy. I don’t eat any dairy or wheat and very little sugar. I mostly eat meat and vegetables and some gluten free stuff. I dance too so even if I only have dance class once a week I try my best to stretch everyday and do a few planks/crunches every other day so I don’t loose my strength for dance. But honestly, that’s what’s best for me so that dosn’t mean it will be best for everyone else. I know that nutritionists (like my mom) will tell you that cutting our diary and gluten makes you a lot healthier but that’s a personal choice. I really just try to be healthy rather than a certain size. I hope that answers your question! And thank you!
