Look at yourself in the mirror. Study yourself for a moment. Now instead of picking out the things you don’t like (because that’s always the first thing we do isn’t it?) pick out the first thing you see that you do like. Maybe it’s your hair color, maybe it’s your smile, maybe it’s how tall you are, or maybe it’s that cute tee shirt you picked up to put on this morning. During the rest of the day if you start to feel bad about yourself think about that one thing and how it makes you special.
