I would say that Ross buys the most expensive clothes and Riker re-wears the most. Ross has a jacket from Diesel that is $698 which is more than any of the other members pieces; and his other items seems to cost more as well. Riker re-wears the same pairs of jeans until they wear out and he re-wears a lot of his shirts.
