I’ve gotten a lost of requests lately for multiple items and I’m only sent one photo of one of the items. If you’re going to request multiple things you need to send me a photo for each item and submit them one at a time. If you try and send a submit with more than one photo only one photo will go through. Remember to us the request form as well.

 If you send me ‘can you please find ross’s shoes?’ chances are I won’t find them because he has several pairs of shoes, But if you say ‘Can you please find Ross’s shoes from the concert in LA on (either a date, or day of the week)?’ and attach a photo your match will be found quickly.
