I believe they’re the same thing. It look like different websites list it as either one but it’s the same thing. The Dior website says it’s  ‘Dior Addict Lip Glow Awakening Lip Balm’ and if you search for the Reviver Balm that’s what comes up.

It depends on which one. One some of them it was sewn on and yes you can wash it, you just have to be careful when you do. Hand washing is the best option but if you can’t hand wash make sure you put it on gentle with lightweight fabrics and hand to dry instead of sending it through the dryer, because tulle usually contains plastic that will melt in the dryer.  

A few of her other things with tulle under them were simply a tutu worn under her skirts.
