I seem to get a lot of questions about the R5 Closet so I’m going to try and clear as many up as I can in this little post!
Not all of the items have been photographed on R5
This doesn’t mean they’ve never worn them, it just means the item has not been worn for a show/event/etc. It was probably bought and worn while at home chilling out or bought for an event and never worn for that so it was worn at home/days there weren’t out doing shows and events.
When new R5 Closet items drop please allow 48 hours before requesting any of the new items.
As soon as the R5 Closet posts a new batch I get to work on matching them, however they’ve been posting anywhere from 15-30 each time and one guide takes anywhere from 15 minutes (if it’s a re-match) to over an hour (if it’s an old and unknown item), which means total for each batch of R5closet items I spend almost 8 hours or more doing the guides for them, and that’s if I sat there and did it with no breaks, or meals or work or anything else. I’ll get to all the R5closet stuff when it drops, promise, just be a little patient <3
The R5closet mislabels things sometimes-and that’s okay!
Keep in mind just because it says ‘Riker’s’ (or any other members) it may not be. They have a lot of clothes to post, and when you have that much stuff to sort through it can get confusing. Some items were purchased in mind for a certain member and then worn by another. Some items were worn by one member 8 times and another member only once. If more than one member has worn it I will always let you know and match it with both members. If it’s mislabeled I copy and paste what it says on the R5closet (so it’s easier for you to find on their site) and below will list who was actually seen in it.
Items can be re-listed.
If a buyer does not pay for an item the R5 Closet tends to re-list them. ( sometime changing the band member to the correct one if it was originally mislabeled). So if something you love you don’t win, there is a chance it may pop back up later!
